Bulletin de l'Institut Fondamental d'Afrique Noire (Serie A) Sciences Naturelles v. 37 (no. 3): 708-740.〕 It is a marine, deep water-dwelling eel which is known from Pointe Noire, Congo, in the eastern Atlantic Ocean.
